Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Networking. She dedicates herself to feeding children in need through BetterALife, a non-profit that she founded and leads. 

Elizabeth started BetterALife Inc because, as a child, she also grew up food insecure. She knows what it is like to wake up and sleep feeling hungry. Founding BetterALife Inc. has been her dream come true. Her goals are to change generations, one meal at a time.
